This Shipping Policy explains how Apricot Fresh LLC (doing business as “The Watch Farm”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for purchases made on www.thewatchfarm.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • Most locations within the United States (contiguous U.S.)

If we add international or additional destinations in the future, we will update this Shipping Policy and mention eligible countries or regions on the checkout page.

If you are not sure whether we ship to your address, please email us at support@thewatchfarm.com before placing an order.


3. Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.


4. Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Typical options include:

  • Standard Shipping – usually 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited / Express Shipping (where available) – usually 2–3 business days after dispatch

These are estimated time frames provided by carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.


5. Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping method, and shipping address.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (for example, above a certain order value). Any such offers will be clearly stated on the Site and/or at checkout and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.


6. Order confirmation & tracking

After you place an order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email with your order details.

  2. A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Where available, the shipping confirmation will include a tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@thewatchfarm.com.


7. Shipping address & incorrect information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

  • If you realize that you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@thewatchfarm.com with your order number.

    • If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

    • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address or reroute the package.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may:

  • Offer to reship the order to a corrected address, and

  • Charge an additional shipping fee for the re-delivery.


8. Undeliverable or refused packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused by the recipient:

  • We will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

  • Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Offer to reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Process a refund for the product price minus original shipping charges, if the items are received back in resellable condition (subject to our Refund & Returns Policy).

Some items and shipping costs may be non-refundable; please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.


9. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is in their care and control.

  • If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” to the address you provided, risk of loss passes to you at that point.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or delivered but you have not received it:

  1. First, check around your property, with neighbors, building management, or front desk.

  2. Then contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number for more details or to open an investigation.

  3. If you still need help, contact us at support@thewatchfarm.com with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to assist you, but our options may be limited once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If you want additional protection, we recommend using shipping insurance where available.


10. Damaged packages on arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. If possible, ask the delivery person to note the damage at the time of delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • Any inner packaging

    • The damaged product

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thewatchfarm.com with your photos and order number.

We will review your case and, if appropriate, work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.


11. International orders (if applicable in future)

If we later offer shipping outside the United States:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

  • You (the customer) are responsible for paying any such additional charges.

Customs rules vary by country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not grounds for free cancellation once the order has shipped.

At present, we primarily serve the United States. Any expansion to international shipping will be clearly announced on our Site.


12. Pre-orders & backordered items (if used)

From time to time, we may offer pre-order or backorder items:

  • Estimated shipping dates for such items will be mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

  • These dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply, or shipping constraints.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, we may:

  • Ship everything together when all items are available, or

  • Ship in multiple parts, depending on our logistics.

Specific details will be provided on the product page or in your order confirmation.


13. Changes or cancellations to your order

If you need to change or cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@thewatchfarm.com with your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation.

  • If your order has already shipped, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. In that case, you may need to follow our Refund & Returns Policy after receiving the package.

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.

  • Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
